With over 30 years experience in new homes sales and construction, Builder's Advantage Owner Susan Songy provides expert land acquisition services, production assistance, sales and marketing experience, and financing recommendations for Builder's Advantage clients. Her vast experience in all areas allows all clients to experience a more complete program than they could otherwise access. Susan was awarded the title of "Sales and Marketing Manager of the Year" at the 1994 MAME Awards, publishes and edits the New Homes Forum, and serves as the HBAM MAX awards committee chairperson.  A consummate advocate for the homebuilding industry, Susan also sits on the Board of Directors for the Homebuilders Association of Maryland.

Larry Stone heads up the Builder's Advantage Land Acquisition and Sales Management programs for communities in Central Maryland.  Larry's many years experience in the Maryland new homes industry, and his business acumen developed over a 20 year career with Citgo in the convenience store industry, make him a valuable asset to our company. Larry is also a multiple MAME/MAX award winner and has been with Builders Advantage since 2002.
